This is something you NEVER see. A 100% original NOS-condition 1958 Fender Champ 5F1 in tweed, with an original Fender shipping box. Now… that’s something.

EVERYTHING on this amp is bone-stock and properly stamped, matching HF (November 1958) on tube chart, speaker and chassis. “Lupe” signed tape inside of chassis. Volume pot dated 14th week of ’58. Every solder joint in this baby is original.

It sounds awesome. Very clean up until volume 3, nice crunch at level 5, nice overdrive at 7 and an absolute tonal beast that will blow you (and your neighbors) away at levels 10-12. What a FABULOUS amp this is.

The condition is absolutely mint. There is hardly evidence of wear anywhere except very minor marks in the handle, which is obviously the only organic element in this amp. But still quite mint. Look at the photos!!!

Includes an impossible to find Fender Champ box, original shipping date stamped September 16th 1958. The serial number on it does not match the amp’s, so it’s obviously not the original shipping box to this very amp, which is two months “younger”. Still a very, very valuable and a really hard to find package (in fact, I had never seen one prior to this one).
