If any pre-owned guitar or amp has any defects or you've simply changed your mind, you may return it through our Returns Service. Also, you may return any new articles that are factory defective. It there were any mistakes in your order please let us know as well.

Please keep in mind the following terms when returning an item:
You have 7 working days (upon delivery) to make your return. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fees if the item is not a new factory defective article. Please get in touch with us prior to returning anything so we can arrange the shipping for you. Guitar Giraffe will not be held responsible for any issues with shipping agency (loss or damage) in those returns that don't have a shipping insurance, which should be included in the shipping fees. Prices vary from 5,50€ to 29€ in Spain, and around 25-50€ for most EU countries. Please check our Shipping Fees Chart to see exactly what it would cost to ship from your country. You can ask us if you have any doubts.
The product must be in the same condition it was upon delivery, with all the original packaging and documentation. Send it to us in the same box, or in a very similar one.
Once we receive the returned item, you will be reimbursed with the total amount you paid for it (minus the shipping fees). You will see the amount show up in your bank account in 48 hours if you paid via credit card.
For those payments made with PayPal, the procedure is very similar. Please keep in mind that any transfer fees PayPal may charge us with will be subtracted from the total of the reimbursement.
