1974 Fender Telecaster Blonde - MINT
This is a 1974 Fender Telecaster in see-through blonde finish. As somebody said, “stinks 100% original”. And so it is, not a screw changed, and it had NEVER been opened before we had. Offers exactly the twang & resonance you’d expect on a Tele.

All interior dates read 1974, both neck stamp and pots (untouched solder joints, of course). Stunning condition (very, very clean finish & light yellowing, practically no blemishes anywhere). It does “feel” vintage nonetheless, the magic is there no doubt about it. No repairs, oversprays, nothing. Original frets with a lot of life left. Don’t expect jumbos! They’re the original vintage frets, on a flawless maple neck (way rarer than rosewood for this year).
Ash body has a beautiful grain that can be seen under the see-through blonde finish. Quite reasonable weight for a guitar from this year (which were normally boat anchors), 3970 grams.
Includes OHSC, Fender with orange interior. One latch is missing, Fender logo fell at some point, and some of the orange interior was restored. Still looks very good and does its job well. Handle is solid.
Pics of interior available upon request.
Don’t let this one get away!
