Gibson 1957 Les Paul Special TV Yellow

Ok, here’s the deal. This is an mostly-original (replaced nut and refret), no-issues 1957 Les Paul Special TV. That’s nice. Point number two: it belonged to Keith Nelson of Buckcherry. Yup, doesn’t actually boost the price, but it’s a rather cool thing. Isn’t it? :)

This is a tone monster. Period. No issues, original finish, incredible checking and playwear all over the guitar, but still in very good condition. No repairs or anything of the sort. It’s been refretted but original frets are included. Blacklights perfectly, and plays very nicely. It was Keith’s after all, and he knows his stuff, we all know that much. Neck is definitely not a slim taper, but not a baseball bat either. Pretty much a late 58 profile, imho.

Two powerful P90’s, they’ve been raised up with some shims (that can be removed and leave no mark), but we prefer to leave them there, this is probably how Keith set it up anyway. Lovely killer tone-machine… what are you waiting for?
